Proof of up to date vaccinations are required on arrival as we are unable to accept any cats without this.  Cats must be protected against Feline Infectious Enteritis and Feline Influenza.

All flea and worming treatments must be up to date prior to cats arrival. 

Cats over 6 months old must be spayed/ neutered.

Any cat showing signs of ill health will be refused accommodation.

If there are concerns regarding your cats health, veterinary advice will be sought. Any expenses incurred is the responsibility of the owner and must be paid at the time.

At time of booking, please make us aware of any medical or dietary requirements.

We will always try to use your cats registered vet. However, if this is not possible we will use our own.

A 50% non refundable/ non transferable deposit is required at time of booking to secure the space.

We accept cash or bank transfers.

If cancellations are made within 14 days prior to stay, the full balance will still be due.

There will be no reduction in the charge if cats are collected before the last booking date.

Your cat/cats need to be brought in a secure carrier.

We cannot be held responsible for any illness or death that may occur during boarding.
